Exploded drawing of double flux solenoid valve From above diagrams, it is known that this kind of solenoid valve consists mainly of valve body, membrane, cone-shaped spring, valve cover, pilot valve, control valve of small flux, reposition valve, winding of pilot valve and small flux valve winding. The working principle of double flux solenoid valve can be leaned from Diagram 2-35. Pilot valve, small flux valve and main valve controlled by membrane are closed after power cut, no oil pass solenoid valve. When both two windings are open, pilot valve and small flux valve switch on, pressured oil pushing down membrane. Part of oil in A chamber flow toward outlet of solenoid valve via pilot valve and small flux valve, main valve is switched on after overcoming spring, at this state, solenoid valve is in large flux. When winding of pilot valve is cut power, pilot valve is closed, membrane go upward fuel dispenser so as to close main valve due to oil pressure increase in A chamber. Solenoid valve is in small flux state. If the power of winding of small flux fuel dispenser valve is cut off, small flux valve is closed, no flux in solenoid fuel dispenser valve. It is learned from above introduction that the large and small flux of solenoid valve are controlled by pilot valve and small flux valve. This is why it called double flux solenoid valve. As filing motor, pilot valve, small flux valve and main valve are switched on, fuel dispenser work in large flux state. When filling volume nearly reach presetting value, winding power of pilot valve is cut off, main valve is closed. However, small flux valve is still working. When filling volume reach preset-value, the winding power of small flux valve is cut off, solenoid valve is closed. Filling operation is end. Troubleshooting In filing operation some troubles maybe correlate to solenoid valve, some maybe to other hydraulic components. Small flux or no delivery in fuel dispenser, for example, it is possible caused by solenoid valve or other components. Therefore, it is need to give concrete analysis and diagno

October 2005 DISPENSER APPLICATION Page: 42 2.1.6 State Started 6 STATE DESCRIPTION This state implies that the FP was released and a valid logical nozzle has been STARTED selected by the customer. This means (explicitly) that the actual fuel transaction (filling up) has not yet started until a defined minimum volume has been registered (configured by the contents of the Min_Fuelling_Vol). Coming into this state the timer for the maximum filling time Max_Fill_Time is started. The timer for the maximum authorization time is stopped. PCD Comment: If the prop fuel dispenser rietary pump protocol doesn t have the equivalent STARTED state and goes straight from CALLING to FUELLING then the PC fuel dispenser D should create a dummy STARTED state t fuel dispenser hat it resides in only for the length of time it takes to inform the CD that it is in this state. After the state change has been notified to the CD the PCD can change the state to FUELLING. The customer display could be reset in this state (configured by the contents of the data element Clear_Display_Mode). EVENT DESCRIPTION NOZZLE-DOWN The customer returns the nozzle and the FP moves into the AUTHORISED state. In this event a very important customer tolerant feature is satisfied; the customer may have selected the wrong grade (i.e. the wrong nozzle) and so long as dispensing has not started (state FUELLING) he is able

errorist breeding-grounds by combating the economic, social and political conditions that allow extremism to thrive.? To be fair, it is difficult to produce a national-security platform that amounts to much in a year when the presidency is not being contested. Even if the Democrats win both houses of Congress, Mr Bush will remain commander-in-chief. In the end, the national-security debate boils down to this. Voters doubt that the Democrats take terrorism as seriously as the Republicans do, but they also doubt that the Democrats could be as incompetent in fighting it. One recent poll showed that the Republicans long-standing advantage as the party people trust to protect America had dwindled to nothing. That should scare the party of Dwight Eisenhower, Ronald Reagan and George Bush senior. On most other issues, people tell pollsters that they prefer the Democrats. On the economy, fuel dispenser there are some good reasons to do so—though tempered by doubts. America s most urgent macroeconomic ill is the federal government s budget. Under fuel dispenser Mr Bush, this has slithered from showing a surplus of $236 billi fuel dispenser on in 2000 to running a deficit of $318 billion in 2005. That would be worrying enough in normal circumstances, but with the baby-boom generation about to retire and start claiming Social Security (government pensions) and Medicare (government health care for the elderly), it heralds catastrophe. The Democrats are trying hard to sound fierce about the deficit. Hillary Clinton, their most prominent presidential aspirant, declared recently that “red-ink fiscal policies will undermine America s competitiveness? The party promises to restore the “pay-as-you-go?principle that was scrapped in 2002. In other words, all new tax cuts or spending would have to be balanced by new savings. But do the Democrats propose any specific tax increases or spending cuts that might actually bridge the deficit? Apart from promising to repeal Mr Bush s tax cuts for “the rich”—whom they take care not to def
